No, you don’t. However we recommend you to make an account. That will allow you to manage your account,  including organising your payment and address details, reviewing your order history and gaining access to your own personal wish list.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

The size dropdown list on the product page will specify whether your size is available to purchase.
Please be aware that if an item is in your wish list or shopping basket, it can still sold as it is not reserved.

You are able to include a gift message with your order by entering your personalized message when prompted during check out.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

All items are sent in a beautiful SOPHIA KAH box.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once your payment details have been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item will then be dispatched.

CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once your order has been placed, we may be able to amend your shipped address within the EU. Please note we are unable to redirect it if your order had already been shipped.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?

You can buy a SOPHIA KAH printed or virtual gift Voucher in Euros (EUR). Select GIFT VOUCHER from the top navigation menu and choose the amount, enter the recipient's name (and email address for virtual gift cards), include a personal message, and then add the gift card to your shopping bag.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?

We aim to have your order with you within 2-6 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email to let you know, along with your unique FEDEX tracking number.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES SOPHIA KAH DELIVER TO?

The Sophia Kah website is split into four regions: Europe, Middle East, Far East, Rest of the World. Please ensure you are shopping in the correct region.
Sophia Kah delivers to a global network of countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM FEES AND IMPORT TAXES?

Due to different customs policies and import duties, SOPHIA KAH has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online with FEDEX.

WHICH CARRIER DO SOPHIA KAH USE?

We deliver worldwide via FEDEX, delivers between Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To exchange any items, please send us the following request. Our Customer Care Service will contact you.

Items should be exchanged new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Only faulty items are accepted for exchange.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

SOPHIA KAH come in UK sizing and is usually true to size. Please refer to our Size Guide for further information.

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS LISTED AS PRE-ORDER?

Some stock is due to arrive and while we are waiting for it, we give you the opportunity to reserve and purchase a piece in your size. We recommend pre-ordering as sizes can sell out quickly due to high demand even before the stock has arrived. Please note that all pre-orders are prioritized for dispatch as your payment will have already gone through our systems

Please note if you have pre-ordered an item, your order will be held until we have received the stock. If you have ordered an item that is immediately available on the same order, that item will be held back with the order until all items are available to dispatch.

IF I ADD SOMETHING TO MY WISHLIST, IS IT RESERVED?

Adding an item to your wishlist does not reserve it.

Most of the materials used in garments are very delicate. Any irregularity is a natural feature of the fabric.

Due to the fine and delicate nature of the garments handle with care and follow the care instruction.
