Shipping & Returns
ORDERS DELIVERY
We aim to have your order with you within 4-10 working days. Pre-orders will be delivered in 3 weeks. The estimated delivery date for tailored pieces will be given to you during the bespoke process.
Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email to let you know, along with your unique tracking number.
The Sophia Kah website is split into four regions:
Portugal and Spain – 20 €
Europe – 50€
North America – 60 €
South America – 105 €
Africa – 100 €
Middle East – 95€
Asia – 85 €
Oceania – 95 €
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
RETURN POLICY
If your item isn't made to order, you can return it within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Contact us to office@sophiakah.co.uk in order to confirm the order’s return.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid label over the prior delivery information. Using the label provided will guarantee a refund in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in Portugal (returning address: Rua de Revinhade nr. 499, 4650-376 Felgueiras – Portugal).
- Contact the carrier that delivered your order to request collection.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow maximum 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
In case of returning an item, the shipping costs will be the client’s responsibility.

Please note, made to order items can not be returned.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so within 15 days of delivery date. Since SOPHIA KAH offers the shipping costs, the shipping costs in case of exchanging products will be in the client’s responsibility.
Please contact us to customercare@sophiakah.co.uk with the with the subject “Exchange” confirming the replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
Made to order items aren't exchangeable.
REFUND POLICY
SOPHIA KAH does not accept any refunds only in the case of faulty items.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.
If your item is not in the foreseen conditions, a credit slip will be issued for exchanges of size or for a different style. You will deduct the amount of the credit slip on the exchange for new item in SOPHIA KAH online store.
For the refund to be issued, the items should be exchanged new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Only faulty items are accepted for refund.
The client has 15 days to return faulty items after receiving the merchandising.
